 St. Petersburg Chapter of IEEE Communications Society and The Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University "LETI" are jointly organizing the International Conference on Communications IEEE/ICC 2001/St. Petersburg.
  This conference will take place in St.-Petersburg, Russia on June 11-15, 2001 in parallel with the IEEE/ICC 2001 conference to de held in Helsinki, Finland on June 11 - 15.

 The aims of both IEEE/ICC 2001 and IEEE/ICC 2001/St. Petersburg are to give an overview of research, new developments, applications, and trends in communications technologies. The two conferences will be connected by a video-conferencing "Bridge".

 The Conference IEEE/ICC 2001/St. Petersburg will take place in Saint Petersburg - one of the most beautiful cities of the world. We sincerely hope that the conference will help to deepen our knowledge and present the highest quality technical papers on the most recent technological advances and applications of telecommunications and information processing. We welcome your active participation in IEEE/ICC 2001/St. Petersburg.

 The official languages of the Conference are Russian and English.
